At Piste Out, we want you to love your gear. Because our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, each item is created just for you when you place an order. For this reason, we can only accept returns in limited circumstances.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges if:
- The product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
- The wrong item was received.
We do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect size choice.
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
2. Timeframe for Reporting Issues
To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
3. How to Request a Return or Replacement
Please email us at info@pisteout.com with the following information:
- Order number.
- Description of the issue.
- Photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Return Shipping
If your return is approved:
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping or provide a replacement at no cost.
- For any other reason, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
